After graduating from high school, Bill Schwyhart left California to start out on his own. He eventually moved to Rogers, Arkansas, and played a leading role in the development of Pinnacle Hills Promenade, a regional shopping destination. Active in the community, Bill Schwyhart once served as chairman of the local chamber, now known as the Roger-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce.

Said chamber will be holding its Member Orientation on July 19, 2017, 8:30 am - 10:00 am, in the Baggettt-Trammel Conference Room, of the Chamber Offices, at 317 West Walnut, in Rogers. This meeting occurs every other month throughout the year. It is a resource for new members who would like to get to know their chamber, existing members who want to review the chamber’s offerings, and new company representatives who desire more information on chamber marketing, advertising, and other business-related topics.
Members of the Chamber’s Small Business Council organize the orientation as an open and free event for all members, limited to the first 30 registrants. For networking purposes, the group encourages participants to bring 30 of their business cards.
